Hello,

I'm wondering what 3rd parties offer support for PA?

In addition, what does it cost to get direct support from PA as opposed to a third party?

Thanks,

Chris

Hello Sir,

I would recommend you to consult with Palo Alto Networks SE ( Sales Engineer) for support and pricing. He would be the right person to provide all information about our different support programs and pricing details.

Thanks

In general terms, what would be the difference of getting a 3rd party support vs. support straight from PA?

Looks like several pages here at support.paloaltonetworks.com is not accessible when 3rd party support is being used.

Hi,

Exept in the US where there is direct support from palo to customer, everywhere else in the world, your distributor should be Palo's support center.

In all country you might have company which have accreditation for being ASC (authorised Support center).

Ask to your local SE for having company list.

The aim having your distri as support center is to make:

     - local support in your language

     - Having support at your work time

     - Make filter and don't open case in palo for config or easy problem.

Direct access to PA support have a cost and it just for big (big big ..) deal.

Hope help.

V.
