Response Page Issue

L7 Applicator

Response Page Issue (web based email) and (online storage and backup)  are both  blocked via url category filter as per screen shot. But... I am only getting the response page for just gets page cannot be displayed.


the policy is working as expected but i need the response page for the user to request re-evaluation.

I may have missed something obviuos so any suggestions please.

Looks like is an immediate redirect which I've seen some issues for in regards to response pages actually generating correctly. Unfortunately I never actually had a requirement to ensure the response pages were generated, so I don't really know what a fix for it would be.

well for me thats good news, I will log a call with our support peeps but I'm so glad I wasn't missing something obvious.
