Hi Jeff

Are you looking for the concurrent "identified users" in UserID ?

A list with all users and the count can be derived from "show user ip-user-mapping"

If you're looking for the concurrent administrators you can see this from "show admins"

If neither of these are what you're looking for, can you clarify which users you'd like to see?

My customer's PaloAlto running in transparent Vwire mode, he would like to know how many users are online concurrently. However, it show nothing when I type in "show user ip-user-mapping"

Hi Jeff

Does the customer have userID enabled ? Installing a UIDagent on their AD and enabling "user identification" on the internal zone of their vwire will allow for identification of every session by username. You can then use the above command to see which users are currently identified and run reports on their activity.
