When upgrading from PAN-OS 4.0.9 to 4.1.7, some of traffic logs are not converted from the old logs.
It seems like the logs of about one hour before upgrading are unavailable. I am using PA-2050 and PA-5020.
looks like a strange issue !! are you able to see older logs before the upgrade ? are the logs working for the current traffic ? I have not seen this kind of issue before.
I would suggest you to open a ticket with support and provide the requested files, that way support can do a root cause analysis.
