Could you let me know criteria of each spyware severity levels?

You will find that the specifics of the way Palo Alto rates threats are considered a corporate secret.  They provide us with the rating as a grading system to use in our configurations.  But exactly how they arrive at the ratings is an internal and secret process that is not disclosed even with NDA discussions with customers.

Hello Komurel,

You can find spyware from name/threat id from bellow link. As a result you will see severity level, default action etc.

If you do not find spyware in following link, think open a TAC Ticket to locate spyware. It happens, because PAN may use different convention then other anti-virus.
