@MP18,

All of the commit failures should document a reason within the job id correlating to that commit action. What is the message saying?

For historical memory stats look at mp-monitor.log. You might have to look at the historical logs depending on how often your mp-monitor log rotates. In the support dump it'll be located at /var/log/pan/

@MP18,

The tech support files are not a good place to look at this information. Is there any reason you are attempting to do this with the tech support file and not directly on the box itself?

I was trying to check two things on the box continous commit failure on PA  200  running 8.0

Also we have another issue where all PA connecting to M500  on April 5 were disconnected and later connected .

This happended few times over the night.

I was curious how can i see high  netstat or  high Virtual memory usage for April 5?

All the commands which i run now only give me current stats.

Is this possible to know the reason for commit failure on PA 200 running 8.0 from above logs?
