I can't find any information about this virus. Google search turns up nothing. With nothing to go on, I'm not sure how to respond to this threat. I'm reluctant to track down the machine and dive into analyzing it without having more information about what the virus is, what OS/software it targets, how it works, what to look for to see if there is indeed an infection and this is not a false alarm, etc.
Virus names are usually particular to a specific vendor and it's very difficult to correlate between vendors. The best way is to get a sample of the file, either by getting the URL from the URL filtering logs or by getting it from the mail server. If you open a case or email our support team, we can analyze the sample and tell you if it was truly malicious or if it was a false positive.
Was this sample not blocked by default?
