Very strange problem with connection

L1 Bithead

Very strange problem
Hi,
have paloalto PA-500.
I have three internet providers.
I have many branch offices (40).

my case

4.1.0 software
from all branch office we ping WAN1, WAN2, WAN3 is OK

the weekend I did upgrade the software to version 4.1.3
from all branch office we ping WAN1 is OK

from 30% of the branch office is ok ping WAN2
from 70% of the branch office and wan3 ping WAN2 is ded
(simultaneously with the ping services do not work eg https)
in Traffic log files are cached as incompite

I went back to 4.1.0 and loaded the SOFTWARE setup I had saved before the upgrade 4.1.0

the problem remained

I connected a spare another router everything works.

Could be number of things such as routing issue, packet loss on PA or upstream devices, etc. I am doubtful that the code upgrade had anything to do with the issue, appears to be coincidence. I would recommend opening a support case and running combination of traffic log analysis, packet-capture, dataplane flow debug and possibly upstream device debugging.

My problem is solved. I set pbf rule with action (no-pbf) on destintion server ip address. Problem with asimetric routing don't come back anymore.
