What MacOS version?

@Remowrote:

What MacOS version?

10.13.3

Did you check the Global protect logs for errors? Or may be before further troubleshooting: could you try with 4.0.7 first?

Checked the logs - no error signs. Maybe will try 4.0.7.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this one?

  1. From the system tray, click GlobalProtect to open it.
  2. In the top right, select Settings > General.
  3. Under Portals, click <Portal Name> to select it, then click Delete.
  4. In the upper right, click the X to close the window.
  5. Go back to your system tray and click GlobalProtect to open it.
  6. When prompted for a portal address, enter <Portal Name> then click Connect.

Unfortunately that did not work for me.  I have tried everything from uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting the Palo folders and changing registry settings.  Its happening with multiple (but not all) machines.  I also opened a ticket with support but I was just told there must be another program that is causing issues.

John_Middleton - was this ever resolved for you? I'm having this issue with a Laptop, as well.
