ownload OS update, without having associated the device with an account.

L1 Bithead

Dear Community,

First of all, my best regards, here are my questions:

I need to download the updates of a PA firewall model PA-220, I do not find any update repository to perform the update manually, they tell me that it is necessary to associate the device with an account, but this device still cannot be associated with an account because they don't define it yet. I would like to know if there is a database to download the S.O updates of the different models that Palo Alto has.

Thanks for your support,

Best regards.

You can download the Pan-OS updates from the support portal, just log in to your support account and download them under the updates tab (https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/Updates/SoftwareUpdates/25603). I do believe that the updates are limited to the series of devices you have already registered, but they are there for the download at that link.
