Is there a way to upload Premium support license information to the device that has no internet on any interface

I hope the support AUTH code is verified with Palo Alto update server through an active internet connection.
I tried with my PA-200 firewall and received below mentioned error while the management interface was down (service route through Mgmt interface).
Received below mentioned info ( expected) while the mgmt interface activated again:
I hope all features, like Threat-prevention, global protect etc. Can be upload offline through license key, but not the support license.
Have you tried downloading the license from the support portal on a system that has internet access (e.g. a laptop) and uploading it to the firewall from there?
