Hi,
How can we configure to send syslog with CEF format and log format to seperate syslog servers
Does paloalto support that ?
There is only one custom log on the server profile.

You are correct. The configuration you want is not possible.
You can do multiple servers but the do have to be in the same logging format.

It might be possible with Panorama. Have the firewall(s) syslog off one format, and then use the new PAN-OS 6.0 feature that allows Panorama to forward firewall logs to a syslog server - using the 2nd format.
