hi,

am unable to join the 2nd device to a cluster its new setup HA active/passive the error msg am getting is failed to push config: timeout

Is this a new setup?

If so you could try to factory reset both devices and start from there - so the first thing you setup is the HA.

Which hardware/model do you have?

Did you configure two interfaces for HA ?
Set ip adress wich HA Member?
