white listed web pages (url filtering )link broken

L4 Transporter

Hi all

Hi all

I have a white list   and all other categories are blocked  .After applying  seems some links are broken ( images and css loading  from other urls , these urls are also added in white list

Whatever urls found on the source are added in the white list .

)  and web page  looking like defaced .

How can i check what are the  missing links from the logs  . so i can add them to the white list.

When i check the logs (security logs ) i did not find trace of missing links or deny .

The below does fall under  *.edgecastcdn.net ? .

https://ne.edgecastcdn.net/800404/www.turnitin.com/js/lib/jquery.fancybox-2.1.5/jquery.fancybox.css

white list

.turnitin.com

*.turnitin.com

*.edgecastcdn.net

and there are some other links

Thanks

Si

Hi sib

Try accessing that website and filter the URL filtering logs for the IP address from which you are trying. There you will be able to the url that are getting blocked.

Also do you have the content-delivery-networks category blocked under URL-filtering profile ?

Hope it helps !

Hi

Thanks Sharma

Where can i filter  the logs . And content-delivery-networks category also  blocked . I am facing problem with only one page in that site .Other pages are loading as expected

Thanks again

sib

I will suggest checking Threat as well as URL filtering logs [ Monitor > URL filtering (or Threat) ] and filter it using ( addr.src in <ip-address> )

Thanks Sharma
