Overview

After restarting the dataplane or resetting the Palo Alto Networks device, the auto-commit process must be allowed to complete in order for the dataplane to be up. Depending on the platform, this may take anywhere from 5-15 minutes. This document describes how to monitor the status of the auto-commit process.

Details

To monitor the status of the auto-commit process, use the CLI command show jobs processed.  When the ouput shows Type AutoCom with a status of FIN, the process is complete.
