Use a rollover cable to establish communication between the terminal server and console port of the Palo Alto Networks firewall. The pinning for a rollover cable is 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 on one side and 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 on the other. This enables the rollover cable to function as a null modem cable between the devices.
Note: A rollover cable is not the same as a crossover cable.
