Can Traffic between Panorama and a Palo Alto Networks Firewall be Decrypted?

Resolution


No, devices in between Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama cannot decrypt traffic because Panorama implements DHE_RSA or ECDHE as a key exchange algorithm. Panorama does not use RSA as a key exchange algorithm. The Palo Alto Networks firewall can decrypt the traffic coming from Panorama.
