GlobalProtect Client Unable to Connect on Newly Installed Machine

Symptom


 

GlobalProtect Client is unable to connect on a newly installed machine.

 

Enable logging on the client by going to Troubleshooting > Logs and select PanGP Service then click "Start".

Resolution


There are two methods to resolve this issue:

Resolution 1

Verify the PanGPS service is running by going to Task Manager > Services.

Resolution 2

If the service is not present re-install the GlobalProtect client.
