Hostname displayed instead of IP in pdf reports and CSV exports

Issue
Running a custom report on Panorama, the resolved hostname appears in the resulting report. However, when the same report is epxorted as a PDF file, the IP address is displayed and is not resolved to the hostname.
Resolution
On both the PA firewall and Panorama the Web page view of "Run Now" reports will resolve the IP address to the hostname at run time. The source and destination hostnames will display as resolved names. However, this DNS resolution is not supported for PDF reports or exports to CSV.
The DNS lookup is not included in the management server request when exporting the report because DNS has the potential for a large latency and may timeout.
