This document describes how to collect logs from the different GlobalProtect clients (Windows and Mac).
There are 2 different ways that you can get log files from GlobalProtect, inside the "troubleshoot" tab.
A new window will pop up. Go to the Troubleshooting tab and click the Collect Logs button.
In GlobalProtect agents for mobile devices, you can select Help > Troubleshoot and then choose to email the logs to a recipient.

A note on newer clients. We are running 3.1.x and the File/View/Edit/Help Alt options are no longer available. The logs are collected the same way the MAC logs are collected now by right clicking on the icon in the taskbar.
