How to export logs from GlobalProtect App on iOS or Android devices for troubleshooting purposes.
Ensure the mobile device has email configured for the device default email client, as the logs are exported through the native email client.

Your email needs to be set up on your mobile device for this to work (it uses the installed and configured email client on your device to send the email). Android may propose alternatives if email is not configured
Thanks for the tip reaper. I am using iOS and did not have any mail account setup with the iOS mail app. Once I setup an account I was able to email the logs. While it might be obvious to most people, it might be helpful to add this disclaimer to the article.
