Symptom
To lookup the serial number of individual components on a Palo Alto 7000 Series Firewall.
Environment
- Palo Alto 7K series Firewall.
- Any PAN-OS.
Resolution
Use the CLI command "show chassis inventory" to view the chassis components on the PA-7000 series firewall.
The column "Serial Number" displays the serial number of individual components.
Example:
> show chassis inventory
