Resolution


Issue

NTLM authentication is currently not supported when agentless User-ID is used along with Microsoft Windows 2008-R2/2012 servers.

 

Workaround

  1. Use Windows agent-based authentication if you need NTLM on Windows 2008 R2/2012 and later.
  2. Move to Kerberos authentication, if possible, since Kerberos is more secure.
