Panorama Error Could not get vsys info for device <serial> in dg <device-group name>"

Issue

While pushing Panorama policies or objects to the device, the following error appears:  "Could not get vsys info for device <serial> in dg <device-group name>

The device appears connected under the device group. This error can appear if the local commit has not been performed on Panorama itself.

Resolution

Perform a local commit on Panorama before pushing the configuration to the devices.

1. Go to Commit and select Panorama
2. Click OK.
   
3. Commit the configuration to the selected device.
