Issue
A customer exported logdb from an old HDD that is being RMA-ed and tried to import the logdb into a new replacement HDD. The customer attempted to import 3 times and each time the import failed with this error message:
Server timeout: Session timed out.

Cause
This server timeout is because of the default SSH Console idle timeout of 60 minutes.
Resolution
Use this command to increase the timeout value from 60 minutes to 24 hours (1440 min):
> set cli timeout idle 1440
