Untrusted Certificate while doing SSL decryption

Symptoms

Even after generating the trusted and the untrusted certificates on the firewall and importing the trusted certificate in the browser, users are still seeing an untrusted certificate error when performing SSL decryption

Resolution

It is possible that the web server is only sending it's certificate and is not including the necessary intermediate server certificate(s) as well.
