The firewall is registered, authorization codes have been put in and the support page shows valid entitlement, but the firewall returns the following error when attempting to upgrade:
Server error: The device does not have support
Resolution
Forcing the firewall to re-check against the entitlement server will resolve this issue. To do so:
Open the Software page on the Device tab
At the bottom left will be a 'Check Now' button. Click this button to have the firewall refresh it's data with the entitlement server
