Upload through TeamViewer is not Recognized as Application teamviewer-sharing""

Symptom

When uploading a file between two TeamViewer endpoints, the application is recognized as "teamviewer-base" instead of "teamviewer-sharing".

Note: TeamViewer is a third party application, which uses a computer software package for remote control desktop sharing, online meetings, web conferencing and file transfer between computers.

Cause

When a user uploads a file during a meeting, the traffic is encoded and the Palo Alto Networks firewall will be unable to recognize it as file sharing.
