Issue After authenticating into the captive portal login page. The captive portal login page is being presented again for the user to re-enter their login credentials. This behavior is like a redirect loop where the login page is presented to the user again and again even after authenticating with correct username and the password.  The user will not see any errors on the login page. Cause The issue occurs when the user-identification is not enabled on the zones that are used in the captive portal policy. Resolution Enable the user-identification on the zones.
