App-ID adoption. Not seeing traffic logs in the migration tool.
We have a customer that has a lot of rules that need clean-up and as par tof this they need to knonw what applcations are hitting each rule (there are a lot of 'any' application statements with the existing security rules and this is what we need to fix).
The problem is we do not seem to be getting the traffic logs into the migration tool even though there are no errors reported. When we select a rule in the migration tool and then select "App-ID adoption" we always get "no matches found".

I will recommend you first to upgrade to 3.3.15
Then ensure the log connector is properly configured and the user name password probvided when you had added the device had a superadmin Role.
you can check the api calls generated (the api key was stripped) to check if you can copy and paste it in your browser by adding the key (&key=XXDDDDDA) https://yourMTipaddress/debug/api.php
