The email address associated with your account cannot be modified, as it is connected to multiple entitlement systems on the back end.
However, there is an alternative method that involves a new Live Community account and the transfer of your previous history to the new account. In order to process this request, first create a new account and then the Live Community team can assist with the transfer of your previous history.

If you have moved to a new workplace that is also a Palo Alto Networks customer, then ask the Super User of the customer account to add you as a user. Then, sign in to Live Community to establish your new account.
If you would like to register for a free public account, then do the following:
Once you have established your new account, the Live Community team can transfer your former account history to your new account. Send us an email at email@example.com with your previous and new username on Live Community. The Live Community team will evaluate your situation and handle the history transfer.
