How to Create a Support Portal Account with a VM-Series Usage Based Model (Amazon, Azure, CSSP)

Resolution


If you have purchased a Palo Alto Networks VM-series usaged based model from a public cloud marketplace or Cloud Security Service Provider (CSSP), you can create a Support Portal account.

 

To create a Support Portal user account

  • Please use the following article to create an account, How to Create Your Support User Account.
    Please refer to instructions for "Register usage-based VM-Series models (hourly/annual) purchased from public cloud Marketplace or Cloud Security Service Provider (CSSP)"
     

 

View Your VMs in the Customer Support Portal (CSP)

  1. Log in to the Customer Support Portal
  2. Verify the account you are logged into.  Change to another account, if needed.
  3. Click on Assets > Devices
  4. Use "Filter By" tool to find your VM-Series devices.
