Where did the Profile Functions and Log Out go in the CSP?
Resolution
In an effort to unify the look and feel of the different online support properties, the My Profile and other functions are now found in the top-right margin of the CSP window.
Computer-Based Browser Location
When accessing the CSP through a Computer-based browser, click the account name/dropdown in the upper right corner to see the following options:
- My Profile
- My Accounts
- Preferences
- Change Password
- Sign Out

Mobile and Tablet-Based Browser Location
When accessing the CSP through a mobile or tablet-based browser, everything will be compacted but work in similar fashion. To get the menu options, press the 3 stacked lines "hamburger" button in the top-left part of the page.
The full menu selections will slide into view from the left. Tap anywhere off the menu to have it slide back to the left.
To gain access to the same options as in the Computer based browser, click the account name/dropdown to get the following options:
- My Profile
- My Accounts
- Preferences
- Change Password
- Sign Out
Again, tap anywhere off of the menu to get to the main screen.
