Resolution


Issue

The firewall logs show threats with IDs between 41000 and 45000. When searching the database for the ID in order to find more information, nothing is returned.

 

Resolution

Threat IDs in that range are reserved for custom threat signatures. This is why searching for those IDs in the threat database returns no results.
