AIOps Data Not In Hub

L0 Member

My firewalls are configured correctly and sending data to the hub but I am not seeing any of that data in the AIOps NGFW app in the hub. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

I have the same issue, not seeing our firewalls or any data listed in AIOps even though I've confirmed telemetry is turned on and I can see these firewalls and their logs in CDL.

Same issue here on multiple customers

Telemetry: OK on all firewalls

AIOps: DELAYED since Nov 23rd 00:00

No signs of any issue on status.paloaltonetworks.com...

Hello all,

we have the same problem as described here.

Telemetry on the firewalls is ok, but we don't see any data in AIOPS.

Is there already a solution for this?

Hello @SeSchulte,

Hope you are doing well!

Please share the following screenshots to help you better with your concern-

Hello @nid ,

Thank you for your message.

Please excuse me for getting back to you only now.
I was able to solve the problem!
It was probably that in the HUB settings of the AIOps app the Cortex Data Lake ID was not deposited.
After we have deposited the CDL ID, we could see all firewalls in the AIOps. After some time, the logs also arrived in AIOps.

Best regards
Seb
