Paloalto customers already use their support account for the log in to this community and also recently the new cloud identity feature was added to cortex. Are there plans to support logins for customers to the support portal, cortex and also the live community with federated logins via azure ad, okta, ...?

How do I run weekly statistics reports on how many questions were posted to the Beta program, how many were answered, and present it to the Product Team?
Hi @spoluektov! Feel free to send us an email: community@paloaltonetworks.com and we can share those metrics with you.

Does the Live Community team plan to collaborate with contributors across PANW and re-post articles relevant to customers from other forums like the one linked here to ensure customers are getting real-time updates regarding product information, etc?: https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/blog/security-operations/
We work with teams across Palo Alto Networks to communicate important information that our community members should know of which is usually shared in our general blog area. You can also visit our technology product pages where you can find specific information pertaining to that product.
As the Content Management Specialist, I am always interested in gathering input and feedback from our community members on what they would like to see more of! You can always reach out to us in the community feedback area as we love to hear from our members.
