Ask the LIVEcommunity team your questions today, June 15, through June 24! This special Ask Me Anything (AMA) event has no set topic; instead, it’s an open stage for LIVEcommunity members, customers, and even Palo Alto Networks employees to learn more about how LIVEcommunity functions and the team members who make it possible.
Ask questions from Tuesday, June 15 to Thursday, June 24, 2021.
Come back on June 23 at 8 a.m. through June 24 at 5 p.m. PDT to join the event as our experts answer your questions!
To participate in this event, please use the Reply button below to ask your questions.
Please be sure to click Like if a post is helpful to you and to "Accept as Solution" to let everyone know that the answer to your question hits the mark!

How do I run weekly statistics reports on how many questions were posted to the Beta program, how many were answered, and present it to the Product Team?

How can I be alerted to new posts in areas that interest me?
Great question. In order to be notified about a new post in an area that interests you, you have to subscribe to that area.
Here's how to subscribe to a piece of content:

One feature that does not seem to get enough use would happen to be the “Accept as Solution” option.
An Accepted Solution is a way for you to choose the answer that best answers a question that you've posted. When you accept a solution, both the question and the solution get special icons and links that take you directly from the question to the answer.
An Accepted Solutions icon also appears on boards and in search results so you can see which messages have solutions.
You can mark a solution as accepted only for questions that you've posted (you started the thread). LIVEcommunity moderators can also mark one of the replies to a message as an accepted solution.

Hello team -
What are the various levels of the LIVEcommunity members and contributors? I see designations like L0member and L2networker.
Keep up the great work!
That is a great question! Currently, the LIVEcommunity has seven user levels where community members are able to
move up in rank by performing actions within the community (giving Kudos, posting new discussion threads, providing answers etc.)
USER LEVEL |
LEVEL NAME |
L0 |
Member |
L1 |
Bithead |
L2 |
Linker |
L3 |
Networker |
L4 |
Transporter |
L5 |
Sessionator |
L6 |
Presenter |
L7 |
Applicator |
Community Expert |
Cyber Elite |
And of course, then there is the Cyber Elite level that is awarded to our community member experts!

If I have a problem and need help from the community, is there a guidline on what information I should include in my post or are there troubleshooting steps I should take prior to ask the community?
Click Accept as Solution to acknowledge that the answer to your question has been provided.
The button appears next to the replies on topics you’ve started. The member who gave the solution and all future visitors to this topic will appreciate it!
These simple actions take just seconds of your time, but go a long way in showing appreciation for community members and the LIVEcommunity as a whole!
The LIVEcommunity thanks you for your participation!
