Decryption Profile - SSL Protocol Settings - Interpreting BPA Checks - Objects

 

This video covers why the SSL Protocol Settings are beneficial and why it is recommended to get the latest version of TLS protocol.

 

The SSL Protocol Settings profile controls whether vulnerable SSL/TLS protocol versions, weak encryption algorithms, and weak authentication algorithms are allowed. The SSL Protocol Settings best practice check ensures the Min Version is set to TLSV1.2 the Max Version is set to Max and Key Exchange, Encryption, and Authentication algorithms are enabled.
