Dear all,
I am looking for a solution in applying DHCP relay on Palo Alto FW.
problem Description
there are many sub-interfaces and one DHCP server. in this case, do I need to add(network->DHCP->DHCP Relay)
each subinterface with the DNCP server.
try to imagine the following
DHCP server = LAN Zone
User 1 = User Zone
Lab = Lab Zone
.
.
etc
I need to enable CHP server from LAN Zone to all other Zones. in this case I would need to create individual obj under DHCP-> DHCP Relay for the subinterface, and then add the DHCP Server IP in there?
Of course, there will be a Security policy created for DHCP app allowing relevant zone.
thank a lot

Hi @Shadow ,
Yes, the DHCP Relay configuration is applied per interface. https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClFXCA0
If you have a LOT of sub-interfaces, you could configure one interface in the GUI. Then check the config in the CLI, and use text edit wizardly to quickly apply the commands to the other interfaces.
Thanks,
Tom
