Happy Customer Experience Day (CX)!

October 6th is Customer Experience Day, a day the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA) describes it as being, “the CX community celebrates the professionals and companies that make great customer experiences happen — a celebration known as CX Day.” At Palo Alto Networks, creating positive customer experiences for our customers is a pillar of our values. 

 

This Day is all about you

We want to take a moment to thank you. Thank you for engaging with us and always providing your feedback. Your input never goes unnoticed as we try our best to make sure you have a great experience across all our digital channels. This week is all about celebrating YOU, our amazing customers!

 

Our LIVEcommunity connects many customers and experts solving each other’s problems every day. Resources like Beacon provide smart, informative onboarding and learning paths for new customers and customers looking to learn and grow in cybersecurity. And the Customer Support Portal is always evolving to meet the ever-changing support and maintenance needs of our customers.

 

Customer Experience can be defined as the customer’s perception of a company’s brand. According to Hotjar, Understanding Customer Experience, “CX is the result of every interaction a customer has with your business, from navigating the website to talking to customer service and receiving the product/service they bought from you.”

 

This day is important as CXPA explains,It’s an opportunity to recognize great customer work, discover professional development opportunities, and strengthen professional networks.” For Palo Alto Networks and the community, it’s a day where we not only recognize and celebrate all our amazing customers, but also the work that continuously goes toward providing exceptional customer experiences.

This day is so special to us that we will be celebrating Customer Experience Day all week long! We want to highlight all of our amazing customers, so we created a CX Day discussion to engage with all of you! Was it a community member exemplifying what help is all about, by connecting, sharing, and engaging with you and others?  — or tell us what customer experience means to you!
