From configuration and dynamic updates to opening a support case, the Customer Support Portal (CSP) is your hub for all things related to customer support. We are excited to share that an exciting new experience is coming to CSP: A brand-new Get Help experience.

In September 2021, we will be introducing Get Help, a new CSP user-interface. The Get Help experience is going to streamline your customer experience across all products and services within CSP. These improvements will provide you the same look, feel, and performance across the web or mobile.


Our new case-creation interface will leverage machine learning to provide content in real-time to help provide a solution quickly and efficiently—even before opening a case. 


The launch of CSP’s Get Help journey is coming soon! Please be sure to keep an eye out for this and other enhancements in the Customer Support Portal.
