CX for me translates to a journey that covers all cognitive, affective, sensory, and behavioral responses of our customers to their experience with our teams. We have to create a positive customer experience for the journey to be amazing and for our company to stay amazing! — @laziz

Resources like Beacon provide smart, informative onboarding and learning paths for new customers and customers looking to learn and grow in cybersecurity. And the Customer Support Portal is always evolving to meet the ever-changing support and maintenance needs of our customers.
