October 5th is Customer Experience Day, a designation the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA) describes as “the CX community celebrates the professionals and companies that make great customer experiences happen — a celebration known as CX Day.” At Palo Alto Networks, creating positive customer experiences for our customers is a pillar of our values.
We want to take a moment to thank all of our customers. Thank you for engaging with us and always providing your feedback. Your input never goes unnoticed as we try our best to make sure you have a great experience across all our digital channels. This day is all about celebrating YOU, our amazing customers!

Ensuring a positive customer experience should be part of every employee's job, whether a support technician is helping solve a problem or an engineer developing features or UX that will improve the customer's experience. We should all strive to exceed the customer's expectations. — @emetcalf

CX for me translates to a journey that covers all cognitive, affective, sensory, and behavioral responses of our customers to their experience with our teams. We have to create a positive customer experience for the journey to be amazing and for our company to stay amazing! — @laziz
For Palo Alto Networks and the community, it’s a day where we not only recognize and celebrate all our amazing customers, but also the work that continuously goes toward providing exceptional customer experiences.
A few months ago, the LIVEcommunity received an interface revamp to help our users navigate and engage on the platform seamlessly and with ease.

These new sections help members like you better interact with news, ongoing discussions, our experts, and each other as the vibrant ecosystem of LIVEcommunity continues to grow.
Our LIVEcommunity connects many customers and experts solving each other’s problems every day. Resources like Beacon provide smart, informative onboarding and learning paths for new customers and customers looking to learn and grow in cybersecurity. And the Customer Support Portal is always evolving to meet the ever-changing support and maintenance needs of our customers.
