Our Community Experience Survey - An Opportunity to Hear From All of You

In April 2020, we launched our Community Experience Survey in an effort to garner feedback from all of you. As you’ve navigated the LIVEcommunity during the past couple months, you’ve likely been prompted to complete this quick survey. Thank you for taking time out of your day to share your thoughts and experience on LIVEcommunity. Please know that it doesn’t go unnoticed, and we wouldn’t be able to continue growing and serving the community without your valuable feedback.

Why we value and appreciate your feedback

As mentioned, one of the main reasons why we launched this Community Experience survey is to hear directly from our Community. Your experience is our highest priority—so it's important for us to understand what brings you to the Community and if you're ultimately able to find what you're looking for.

Some of you shared excellent feedback and suggestions in the comment section in the survey. Thank you for these and keep them coming!

This valuable feedback not only helps better understand your needs, how we can enhance your community experience, and also build connectedness when it comes to the Palo Alto Networks ecosystem.

We’ve received more than 400 comments on topics related to:

  • The LIVEcommunity user experience
  • Suggestions/recommendations around what you would like to see in the Community
  • Product feedback
  • Support related
  • Education Services
  • Tools and more

We've noticed your feedback - Keep it coming

CommunityCommunity

Please know that we always encourage member input and will continue to listen to all feedback. We’re in the midst of sharing survey responses with various Palo Alto Networks teams in hopes of expanding your voice within the company.

Stay tuned for more updates and thank you again!
