ESL Accommodations (30 minutes extension) are automatically granted based on the candidates mailing address. Your email address is in the US which is why you did not get the automatic extension.
If you would like to request an extension, please provide a copy of government issued ID showing you’re from a country where English is not the primary language. The Certification team will coordinate with Pearson VUE to add the accommodation.
