If candidate needs to reschedule or cancel their exam the must contact Pearson VUE 48 hours prior to the exam appointment. Rescheduling an exam less than 48 hours in advance is subject to the same day forfeit of exam fee.
Exams scheduled with ADA accommodations need to reschedule or cancel their exam 72 hours in advance or will be subject to the same day forfeit exam fee.
