Servicenow - palo alto discovery

HI,

would like to intergate palo and service now discovery module to pull palo's devices into CMDB.

below is link that i came across , and asking for snmp credentials, so just provide them community string to service now team ?

Hi @Anurag_Yelala,

Yes, you have to input the SNMP  credentials which you would have used for the configuration of SNMP.

Just snmp creds is fine right ? No need to send any additional details from firewall side to service now team to enable integration?

Hi @Anurag_Yelala,

Yes, the SNMP credentials should be fine nothing else would be required to integrate the firewall and the service now.
Just as per the documentation suggested by the document which you had previously mentioned in your post.
