On October 23rd, 2025, Fuel hosted another Spark user Summit. This time, centering around Device Security, a revamped/improved component of PAN-OS 12.1, Orion - this capability replaced the existing IoT Security and added many, many enhancements. During this session presented by Karthik Thumula and Victor Kameyama, hosted by Charles Buege of Fuel User Group, we were given a deep understand of how important it is to protect ourselves from an ever-widening attack vector that threat actors are using - IoT and Unmanaged Devices. Also including Managed Devices, our presenters gave us a great overview of what Device Security can do, how to leverage its capabilities, and why it is so important to implement.
