On February 20, Fuel hosted a fantastic Spark User Summit covering two distinct topics! The first session featured a Q&A with Kim Wens and Charles Buege from the LIVEcommunity team. They discussed how LIVEcommunity is organized, what information is freely available to all members, and how Fuel is now fully integrated into LIVEcommunity. The second session, led by Baseer Balazadeh, provided an introduction to ADEM (Autonomous Digital Experience Management) and RUM (Real User Monitoring). He explained how these tools help diagnose network and connectivity issues—from the user to the destination site and everything in between—as well as how ADEM integrates with the NGFW (Next-Generation Firewall).
In this video, Kim Wens and Charles Buege from the LIVEcommunity/Fuel Team walk you through the many free resources available on LIVEcommunity. Kim breaks down the different sections of the site, explaining their purpose, benefits, and how to access them. Then, Charles dives into how Fuel and LIVEcommunity have merged into one, detailing the integration of Fuel’s offerings and how to navigate to the Fuel section within LIVEcommunity. Whether you're new to the platform or a longtime member, this guide will help you make the most of everything LIVEcommunity has to offer.
In this video, Baseer Balazadeh gives us an introduction to ADEM (Autonomous Digital Experience Management) RUM (Real User Monitoring) and how it can be used to identify issues within a company's network all the way from the user's system, through their network, and across the internet to find connectivity lags and identify any issues that the user may be encountering.
Becoming a member of the Fuel User Group is a great way for individuals and organizations using Palo Alto Networks products and services to get access to a wealth of resources — knowledge, training, virtual test labs, networking opportunities, and tools which can significantly improve proficiency and effectiveness in cybersecurity and IT operations. As a reminder, membership is free!
