While we may operate the community from day-to-day, the Live Community is really YOUR community. Sure, we may have ideas about what might be helpful or interesting but since the community is yours and exists to help you, we ALWAYS welcome your ideas, input, and suggestions. Not finding what you need? Let us know. Having difficulty navigating to something? Tell us about it and we'll fix it. (and - if you just really dig Live, we're always happy to hear that too! ;).

Please get rid of the yellow and orange texts in the emails.

It makes them harder to read with these tired old eyes.

Is this the correct place to complain about the call quality of Paloalto phone support?  Sometimes I swear I'm talking to someone who sounds like they are in a bathroom or a busy kitchen.  I think there should be some standard level of quality for the support phone calls.
